Highland Recorders Booking Policies

-50% deposit or credit card authorization is required to officially lock-in or "book" desired time in the desired studio.
-Session starts at the time scheduled, not arrival time of artists.
-A 2-hour room rate charge will be added for sessions cancelled without 24-hour notice.
-Customer is responsible for all session data storage on their own hard drives or data DVD/CD disc as well as analog or digital masters.
-Any data or ProTool sessions stored on Highland computers or drives are a courtesy to the client and NOT guaranteed.
-Clients are encouraged to give themselves enough time near the end of each session to copy their own files to take with them.
